Partner, Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Has successfully represented major law firms and their lawyers in cases involving legal malpractice claims; negligent misrepresentation and fraud claims; a motion to disqualify a law firm from continuing to represent its client in significant litigation; and allegations of conflict of interest and violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Has a broad civil litigation practice. Has tried cases in many areas of the law, including product liability, breach of contract, fraud, securities, defamation, insurance, cases arising out of mergers and acquisitions, death penalty litigation and other pro bono cases.
