A trial lawyer with extensive experience, Joe Crawford represents clients in complex litigation matters. He has successfully represented major law firms and their lawyers in cases involving legal malpractice claims, negligent misrepresentation and fraud claims, motions to disqualify, and allegations of conflicts of interest and violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
In addition to his malpractice experience, Joe has a broad civil litigation practice. He has tried cases in many areas of the law, including product liability, breach of contract, fraud, securities, defamation, insurance, and cases arising out of mergers and acquisitions, as well as death penalty litigation and pro bono cases.
