Jorge Sandoval is a Junior Partner at Goodrich Riquelme y Asociados. His work is carried out mainly in the practice area of Energy and Infrastructure, as well in the Financial and Commercial area. His wide range of activities includes international transactions, mergers and acquisitions; infrastructure, oil and gas, electricity and renewable energy; foreign investment; international trade; commercial cross-border contracts; assets and securities purchases and arbitration.

His experience as in-house deputy general counsel has proven to be an asset for his clients, by understanding the rationale of their businesses, and their decision taking processes. As a consequence, he has been invited to participate as a non-member Secretary of the Board of Directors of different companies, where he has direct interaction with main officers and provides valuable sector insights.

Jorge is a frequent speaker and expert guest in forums and academic events.

He leads various of the cases handled by the practice area, by providing experience and leading negotiations and governmental contact efforts. His supervision over the team has proven to grant comfort to our clients by ensuring a smooth process for delivering results.

Frequent speaker at conferences and industry events focused on Energy, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy. He has participated as a speaker and subject matter expert in programs organized by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Universidad Panamericana (UP).

The author of numerous specialized articles published by international publishers, including Mexico Business Publications and Law Business Research, among others.
