David Enríquez is a Senior Partner at Goodrich Riquelme y Asociados. His work is carried out mainly in various law fields, both from transactional and regulatory perspectives. His wide range of activities includes leading oil-and-gas regulatory expertise along with deep knowledge of maritime and transportation law, port regulations, public bidding processes, international commercial contracts, and competition law.
