David Enríquez is a Senior Partner at Goodrich Riquelme y Asociados. His work is carried out mainly in various law fields, both from transactional and regulatory perspectives. His wide range of activities includes leading oil-and-gas regulatory expertise along with deep knowledge of maritime and transportation law, port regulations, public bidding processes, international commercial contracts, and competition law. His practice also includes commercial and investment arbitration related to those industries.

David has been regarded by the Mexican Energy community as a reference in the hydrocarbons sector. His experience has allowed him to equally interact with governmental leaders, international companies and piers from an academic, professional and attorney-client perspective.

He continues to pursue its academic career by publishing articles, studies and books in Mexico and abroad. His role as a lecturer reinforces his commitment to transfer knowledge to future sector leaders, both in an academy environment as well as among professionals seeking for specialization in the Energy field.
