Jorge is a senior associate based in our Madrid office. Jorge works in the litigation and arbitration practice with works primarily on insurance regulatory law, insurance and product liability litigation. In the regulatory arena, he advises domestic and foreign insurance entities and insurance distributors regarding law interpretation, product design and adaptation, contract drafting and interpretation, distribution schemes, authorization and inspection files before the Spanish Insurance Regulator and regulatory due diligence for transactions, among others. In relation to insurance litigation, he advises clients on coverage disputes regarding PI, surety, credit, W&I, cyber, D&O, E&O, unit-linked and MedMal, at pre-litigation stages and before the Spanish Courts. His experience also includes recovery actions and the development and implementation of innovation projects in the Insurtech field. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
