This includes matters related to commercial and regulatory work, as well as disputes over general insurance and reinsurance coverage, representing clients in dispute resolution procedures of all kinds, encompassing litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other ADR. The Spanish team works closely with and forms part of the global insurance and reinsurance practice, which is widely regarded as one of the market's finest, advising on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance matters, whether corporate, regulatory, pre-contentious, or contentious.
The sector focus is wide, though the team focuses on energy, infrastructure, insurance, financial services, and TMT, with particular in-depth knowledge of Fintech and Insurtech areas.
