Counsel to Grupo Aeroportuario del Caribe S.A.S. in (i) the arbitration dispute against the National Infrastructure Agency (“ANI”) regarding the early termination of the Barranquilla’s Airport Concession Agreement, and (ii) the annulment process (recurso de anulación) initiated by ANI against the mentioned arbitration award.

Counsel to Sociedad Aeroportuaria de la Costa - SACSA in the structuring of an unsolicited PPP proposal for the expansion of Rafael Núñez Cartagena Airport.
