Joo Hee advises Korean and international investors, financiers and Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) on multi-source project finance and project development, both in Korea and internationally. Joo Hee worked in our Hong Kong SAR and Seoul offices before becoming the National Managing Partner of our Seoul office.

Joo Hee is also a Solicitor of England and Wales. Joo Hee is a native Korean speaker and fluent in English. At various times Joo Hee has been seconded to KNOC, KEXIM and K-SURE’s project financing departments.
