Jonathan is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department and Head of the Firm’s Derivatives Practice. He advises investment banks, private equity funds, corporations, family offices and foundations on the structuring, negotiation and execution of derivative and other structured transactions, and provides regulatory analysis and advice on related matters. Jonathan’s clients have included Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Blackstone, KKR, BlackRock, Silver Lake and Citibank.
