Jonathan Horan is an England and Wales, Hong Kong SAR and Australia qualified lawyer with over 16 years’ experience in the Asia-Pacific region. He has extensive experience acting for underwriters, issuers, investors and trustees in international capital markets transactions across Asia. Jonathan’s practice covers equity-linked issues, regulatory capital, straight debt offerings and MTN programmes. For several years he has been involved in the emerging field of digital assets and financial markets infrastructure and has advised on several innovative, market-first transactions in this space across Asia.

Jon leads the team’s dominant debt and equity-linked practice across Southeast Asia and Australia.
