Jonathan Gil

Mr. Gil is a lawyer with extensive experience in labour counselling and an expert in Social Security matters, specialising in occupational risk prevention in the technical disciplines of safety and psychosociology and ergonomics.

During his professional career, he has specialised in collective negotiation, internal flexibility measures (substantial modifications of working conditions and transfers), workforce restructuring (ERTE, ERE), production decentralisation processes, corporate reorganisations, transnational relocations of workers and labour audits.
