Francisco Lacasa

In the insolvency field, Mr. Lacasa has extensive experience in implementing pre-insolvency measures, drafting, and negotiating refinancing agreements, restructuring of business groups, distress due diligence processes, dissolutions, liquidations of companies, and overall legal advice to companies in crisis, including the management of social administrators' responsibilities.

He has experience in M&A and distress M&A, with a strong ability to manage risks and lead multidisciplinary projects. Additionally, he is an expert in foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad, having participated in numerous operations of this nature and providing advice to both Spanish and foreign companies.
