Guillermo Bayas Fernández

Mr. Bayas has 20 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency law, with a specialization in international cases.

His expertise centers on complex civil and commercial litigation, encompassing both court proceedings and arbitration, particularly in matters with an international dimension. Additionally, he aids clients in need of legal counsel abroad by leveraging AGM's network of law firms to identify the most suitable options for them.

He also holds the position of professor of International Litigation in the Master’s Degree in Law program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), and he is a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
