John is a Partner in the Firm's Corporate Law team. His practice areas are mergers and acquisitions law, venture capital, capital markets, company and Partnership law. His capital markets experience is in debt (in particular commercial paper and note issuance programmes) and equity (IPOs, rights issues and offerings by Irish corporates in the US).
Professional Memberships
He has served as a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland for a number of years and was chairman of the Committee. He has previously served as the Law Society’s representative on the Company Law Reform Group.
