Specializing in debt financing across diverse sectors, he has gathered significant experience in the energy and infrastructure domains, with a keen focus on transactions involving wind farms, photovoltaics, waste-to-energy projects, and road infrastructure. His expertise also extends to the financing of various real estate assets, including logistics, office spaces, hospitality, and private rented sectors. Beyond his sector-specific work, he possesses substantial expertise in providing counsel to banks and financial institutions as well as debtors in complex restructuring processes. Further, Maciej is adept at advising clients on loan hedging agreements.
