John Lorito is a partner in the Tax Group. His practice focuses on tax elements of corporation transactions, with particular emphasis on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions in domestic and cross-border transactions, investment funds, corporate joint ventures, REITs, corporate finance and international taxation.
