John J Allotta

John Allotta's practice focuses principally on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. John has extensive experience advising private and public companies and private equity firms on complex business transactions, and his financing experience includes counseling clients in a variety of commercial financing transactions, including subordinated debt facilities. In addition to specific transaction-based work, John regularly advises clients in connection with a wide range of day-to-day commercial arrangements.

John serves as the firmwide chair of BakerHostetler’s Business Group and is a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. He is also a member of the Cleveland office's Hiring Committee.
