John Fadely focuses on advising fund sponsors on the raising of private funds across all asset classes and investment strategies (including buyout, growth capital, venture capital and real estate funds), secondaries transactions, co-investments, founders’ arrangements, and regulatory and other operational issues, and represents institutional investors in their private fund investments. He has particularly extensive experience with funds investing in Asian markets and has advised well-established and first-time fund sponsors on the establishment and structuring of funds platforms.
