Represents employers in all aspects of employment law and related litigation, including those facing charges of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, Whistleblowers' Act violations, and similar claims in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitration hearings. Has extensive trial and arbitration experience. Also advises clients in labor management relations, from union election issues and collective bargaining to representation before the NLRB. Has extensive experience counselling employers in a number of industries, including automotive, health care, and many others.
