Johannes focuses on asset-finance transactions, aviation, and restructuring and international insolvency. He has broad range of finance experience, with a particular focus on cross-border asset finance and leasing structures. Also, Johannes advises on financings, M&A transactions and restructurings in the transportation and aviation industry. Johannes' clients include airlines, lessors, asset managers, banks and other financial institutions as well as manufacturers.
Johannes joined Freshfields in 2008 and became a partner in 2022. In 2015, Johannes worked in the asset finance team in Freshfields’ London office for six months.
