Johannes Ericson is specialised in domestic and international arbitration as well as commercial litigation.

Johannes has acted as counsel in numerous disputes, including in the Swedish Supreme Court, encompassing a wide range of areas such as M&A, Securities and Finance, Audit, Supply, Energy, Insurance, professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability and product liability. Johannes has acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations under the SCC, the ICC as well as other arbitration rules.
