Johan Strömbäck

Johan is the co-head of Setterwalls’ dispute resolution practice group.

He has acted in disputes within a great variety of sectors and specializes in JV, M&A, shareholders, sales, distribution, board liability, professional negligence and investment disputes. Johan acts in matters before domestic courts and in domestic and international arbitrations. For arbitration related works he is often engaged in enforcement proceedings or disputes to have an award set-aside or upheld. He is also regularly engaged in a broad variety of contentious corporate matters.

Johan also serves as arbitrator in domestic and international cases, teaches at the university level and in various professional organisations.
