Ola Grahn

Practice Areas

Ola Grahn has worked at corporate law firms since 2002 and mainly works with company law, mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets.He is responsible for the corporate law, capital markets, and M&A team at the Malmö office. He has particular experience in venture capital transactions and assists both venture capital firms and entrepreneurs in connection with fundraising rounds. He also advises clients on equity capital markets and company law in relation to IPOs, new share issues, and incentive schemes. In addition to his specialist areas, he provides advice on general corporate and commercial law matters to clients across a range of industries, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements such as distribution and supply agreements.
