Jodi Daniel is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s digital health practice. Leveraging her extensive background in digital health and health data, Jodi offers strategic and practical guidance to clients as they navigate complex legal and policy challenges. She advises health technology companies, healthcare providers, health plans, and life sciences companies on a broad range of regulatory matters, including data access and usage, privacy and security, interoperability, health information exchange, information blocking, telehealth, FDA oversight, federal reimbursement, and relevant state law issues.
