Jonie’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions and general corporate and securities matters. She represents investment banks and issuers on a variety of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on offerings, direct listings, and debt offerings, particularly in the technology and life sciences industries. Jonie also advises public companies on corporate and securities matters, including reporting obligations and corporate governance.

Jonie also represents all of the leading investment banks, including: BofA Securities, Cowen, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Stifel and SVB Securities.
