Rezwan Pavri

Rezwan Pavri is a corporate and securities partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he works with private and public technology and life sciences companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks, venture capital firms, and private equity firms. He currently serves on the firm's board of directors.

Rezwan represents an extensive number of private and start-up companies in matters ranging from incorporation and initial capitalization to venture capital and debt financing and board fiduciary duties. Rezwan also regularly represents public companies in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in counseling public companies and their boards of directors on defensive measures, disclosure matters, and other complex securities and corporate law issues. Further, he frequently represents investment banks in their underwriting transactions, and has broad transactional experience representing venture capital firms in connection with their investments.
