Joaquin is a partner and head in Bird & Bird's Commercial and Privacy & Data Protection department in the Madrid office.

Due to his experience acquired over the years, he has a very broad vision of the needs of clients in their digital transformation process. He appreciates being close to the clients' business strategy in order to be able to provide advice oriented to their commercial goals, always ensuring regulatory compliance.

He has has extensive experience advising high-potential tech companies on digital law, data protection compliance, information security, e-Commerce law, entertainment law, IT outsourcing, gambling compliance, trade secrets and other issues related to the TMT industry.
