Joaquin is a partner and head in Bird & Bird's Commercial and Privacy & Data Protection department in the Madrid office.
He works closely with the Tech & Comms and Media, Entertainment & Sports sector groups. His interest in having technical and business knowledge about how the most disruptive technologies work helps him to understand the most innovative business models, being able to anticipate the legal challenges they face and proposing legal solutions that help to solve the legal barriers that clients may encounter in the development of their activity.
Due to his experience acquired over the years, he has a very broad vision of the needs of clients in their digital transformation process.
