Jinping Chen

Mr. Chen Jinping has over 15 years of extensive experience in capital markets, securities law, and corporate dispute resolution, providing full-lifecycle legal services to numerous leading enterprises.

Mr. Chen currently serves as permanent legal counsel and investment advisor to multiple listed corporations and large-scale enterprises, including Oppein Home Group Inc. and Wuhan Raycus Fiber Laser Technologies Co., Ltd..

In securities and capital markets, Mr. Chen has led IPOs and spin-offs for major companies such as Oppein (603833.SH), Raycus (300747.SZ), and others. He is highly experienced in refinancing (including convertible bonds raising over RMB 3.4 billion), major M&A, and long-term incentive plans, and has guided dozens of companies through NEEQ listings and private placements.

In corporate financing and restructuring, he specializes in SOE mixed-ownership reforms and governance, leading SEG Group subsidiary’s reform and advising tech startups and funds on numerous financing rounds totaling hundreds of millions of RMB.

In commercial dispute resolution, he has represented nearly 100 high-stakes cases. Notably, he secured a full dismissal and zero liability for a listed company and its controller against securities misrepresentation claims.
