Founded in 1993 in Shenzhen, Sundial is the earliest partnership law firms approved to be established in Shenzhen and one of the first partnership law firms in China. After more than 30 years of stable development, Sundial has become a comprehensive law firm centered on capital market business, providing one - stop legal services around the capital market customer needs. Today, Sundial has developed into a comprehensive law firm with Shenzhen as its headquarters, strategically located in core cities, with 10 branch offices, more than 85 partners, over 360 practicing lawyers, and a total staff of more than 460.

The attorneys at Sundial Lawyers possess strong academic credentials, with most having graduated from prestigious law schools or faculties of law at comprehensive universities in China and abroad, and holding master’s degrees or higher. Several lawyers have taught law for many years at leading universities in China, and a number of senior attorneys have been appointed as arbitrators at influential arbitration institutions such as the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
