Extensive experience advising clients on technology procurement, outsourcing, cloud computing, payment systems, licensing, fintech, digital and e-commerce solutions, software development and systems implementation, data processing and privacy compliance. Also advises on a range of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and blockchain.
