Jerome Hoffman

Partner in Litigation Section, practicing primarily in antitrust, consumer fraud, RICO, and Medicaid and Medicare fraud, qui tam and other health care regulatory matters. Served as Chief of the Antitrust Section of the Florida Attorney General’s Office and as General Counsel for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. In private practice Mr. Hoffman has defended hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physicians and physician groups against claims of price-fixing and monopolization, and has counseled clients and handled investigations and/or has served as lead counsel in cases involving commercial tissue, gasoline, automobiles, medical devices, shoes, clothing, safety equipment, and chemicals.
