Jeppe Brinck-Jensen primarily advises on disputes involving patents, trademarks (parallel import) and trade secrets. He also has special expertise in drafting licence agreements, technology transfer agreements and research and development agreements.
Jeppe has been involved in litigation before the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court, the Danish High Courts and the Danish Supreme Court and has conducted arbitration proceedings. He is a member of the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association.
