Daniel has experience with major M&A disputes including claims for breach of representations and warranties, earn-out disputes, purchase price adjustments and independent accountant tracks, other shareholder disputes as well as W&I claims assisting both insurers and insureds.

His primary focus is international arbitration and complex commercial disputes within a variety of industries including private equity, IT, insurance, energy and he also frequently acts in professional liability cases, including accountant’s and directors' liability cases in litigations before the Danish courts.
