Consistently recognised by the legal market directories as a leader in her field, Jennifer Josephs is a leading junior barrister on the Midland Circuit who prosecutes and defends in a range of areas of criminal law, including homicide, rape and fraud. She has been instructed in some of the most serious and important cases on the circuit, as leading and junior counsel, as well as on her own. She has particular experience in organised crime, child homicide, drug trafficking, gangland murders and serious sexual offences.

Jennifer is a Grade 4 CPS panel advocate on the following panels: rape, counter terrorism, serious and organised crime and fraud, as well as general crime. She is an advocacy trainer and facilitator. Newcastle upon Tyne University LLB (Hons) Law. Called to the Bar in 2000.
