Jennifer Devins is a partner of Roper Greyell LLP where she advises employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including human rights law. Jennifer provides strategic advice regarding the management of workplace legal issues in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Jennifer has managed cases involving constitutional, novel and sensitive issues, particularly those related to harassment, human rights, school law and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. She is frequently retained as an independent investigator on complex complaints of misconduct, bullying, harassment or assault.

Jennifer Devins was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2006. Prior to working at Roper Greyell, Jennifer has worked at Davis & Co (now DLA Piper) and Clerked at the BC Supreme Court.
