Gabrielle is a founding partner* of Roper Greyell and a trusted legal advisor to her clients, many of whom she has acted for throughout her career. Her clients include public and private sector organizations in the municipal, retail, transportation and manufacturing fields, in unionized and non-union environments.
Gabrielle’s clients rely on her proactive and practical approach to problem solving and her thoughtful strategic advice, both in resolving and litigating workplace issues
As an advocate, Gabrielle is a skilled and articulate lawyer for her clients in grievance arbitrations, court actions and labour board matters. A significant part of Gabrielle’s practice involves advising and appearing as counsel on employment related human rights issues such as complaints of age, gender and disability discrimination in the workplace.

Through training and education Gabrielle provides her clients with an understanding of best practices and equips them to identify and address issues as they arise.
Outside the office Gabrielle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and connecting with nature, especially in the Southern Gulf Islands and other far flung places.
