Jennifer has drafted and negotiated construction contracts for some of the largest private and public projects in the Pacific Northwest region and across the United States. She is a trusted advisor when disputes arise on a construction project, working closely with her clients to resolve claims before litigation. She has also been involved in defending owners, public entities, tribes, and design professionals in litigation and arbitration of construction disputes. Jennifer also serves on the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Construction Arbitrators.
