Jeffrey P. Good

Jeffrey P. Good is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He focuses on real estate transactions, commercial lending, and general business law. Jeffrey has played a key role in transformative projects for the city of New Orleans, including the development and financing of a number of mixed-use projects, hotels and community developments. He is a member of the tax credit finance group and is involved in structuring and closing New Markets Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit transactions throughout the region. Jeffrey is also part of the project finance group and has advised international lenders and project developers on infrastructure projects including an LNG export train, a methanol production facility, a methanol cracker facility, a crude export terminal and a power plant.
