She studied Law at the Universidad de Chile, and was admitted with highest distinction in 2003. Besides, she obtained in 2008 a Master's degree in Economic Law, granted by the same university.

Experience

Javiera worked at the National Energy Commission (2010-2019), where she was Deputy Head of the Legal Department. From this position, she actively participated in the regulatory development of the electricity and gas sector.

Previously, she was an associate of Urrutia & Cía. (2005-2010) and attorney of the prosecutor of the Central Bank of Chile (2003-2005).She studied Law at the Universidad de Chile, and was admitted with highest distinction in 2003.
