Javier Vinuesa has more than 20 years of professional experience. He is a specialist in Spanish and international Tax Law, corporate taxation, tax controversies and wealth planning.
He has led transactional tax teams, advising on M&A transactions, restructurings, complex real estate transactions, etc. He also advises in audiovisual matters (production, financing and distribution of content) and film, theatre and live shows producers in the structuring of their tax credits in Spain.
