Career
Javier's practice focuses on international arbitration. He has represented states, investors, and state entities in over twenty commercial and international treaty arbitrations in several industry sectors including engineering and construction, infrastructure, electricity, mining, and telecommunications. He has represented clients in arbitrations under the ICSID Rules and the rules of UNCITRAL, the ICC, the Quito Chamber of Commerce and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
