José’s U.S. litigation practice focuses on complex multi-district and international litigation involving mass-tort claims and issues of international law. José has represented corporate, sovereign, and individual clients in diverse litigation matters involving U.S. and foreign tort law, the Antiterrorism Act, the Torture Victim Protection Act, the Alien Tort Statute, and Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
