With more than eight years of experience in administrative litigation and procedures related to the import and export of goods, I have collaborated with both national and international firms. My expertise includes providing comprehensive support to importers and exporters in various areas, including:

-Federal and state administrative litigation, such as revocation appeals, nullity claims, and Amparo actions.

- International administrative litigation, including antidumping cases and related proceedings.

-Foreign trade audits.

-Procedures before the Ministry of Economy, such as Importers' Register, IMMEX, PROSEC, labeling regulations, and import quotas.

-Procedures before the Tax Administration Service (SAT), including company certifications for VAT and IEPS credits, VAT and IEPS bonds, and IMMEX inventory management.

-Customs formalities and procedures, such as consultations and PAMAs.

-Administrative and contentious matters with federal, state, and municipal authorities concerning import and export issues.
