Jasper specialises in corporate law with a strong focus on private equity. He advises on private equity and M&A transactions (both sell and buy-side) across a wide range of sectors including consumer & retail, technology, life sciences & healthcare and energy, chemicals & utilities. Jasper acts both for Benelux and international PE houses. He also regularly acts for large corporates and founders. In 2009/2010 he worked for 15 months in our Dubai office.
