He advises insurers and insured professional clients on all areas of professional negligence claims including coverage.
Jason has over 30 years’ experience of defending a wide range of professionals including solicitors, surveyors and construction professionals. At his previous firm, he built a market leading practice in Manchester and has brought with him a core of this to create our professional indemnity team. The team has already been identified as one to watch by the Legal 500.
