Sarah (partner) was appointed as national head of the real estate department in November 2018 and sits on the firm’s senior management Executive team. Sarah has over 25 years’ real estate experience, specialising in retail and leisure and property development projects.
Sarah has particular experience in dealing with the effects of omni-channel retailing on lease agreements and future proofing these retail letting arrangements.
Her wide-ranging real estate experience also includes development agreements, land promotion agreements as well as overages and clawback arrangements – acting for both landowners and developers in both the private sector and the public sector. This wide ranging experience is hugely beneficial to her clients.
Sarah previously worked as an in-house commercial property lawyer at The Boots Company PLC, joining Browne Jacobson in 2001.
