Jason has spent nearly 30 years specialising in the fields of Employment, Equality and Industrial Relations law and has a host of reported cases to his name. He has particular expertise dealing with employment status, collective redundancy, TUPE, whistleblowing, and industrial relations issues, including High Court injunctions and cases before the CAC and Certification Officer. In 2020 he acted in the CJEU case of Bridges v Yodel Delivery Network Ltd, the Uber v Aslam case in the Supreme Court and Varnish v British Cycling in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Jason brings his extensive experience to bear when asked to deal with professional discipline matters such as carrying out investigations or chairing disciplinary hearings and appeals. He is also a trained mediator and communications expert, employing a calm and measured demeanour to help facilitate settlement in even the most intractable disputes.
