Jasmine is a specialist clinical negligence barrister, acting on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. She has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of clinical negligence, including obstetric injuries, claims involving issues of consent, missed and delayed diagnosis, negligent treatment and surgery, unnecessary treatment cases and psychiatric claims.
Jasmine regularly leads teams of experts in conference, and represents her clients at joint settlement meetings, mediations, interlocutory hearings and trials. She has a busy paper practice drafting complex pleadings and advising across the breadth of issues that arise in cases. Jasmine also represents interested parties at inquests with a healthcare element.
