Represents employers in counseling and litigation of labor and employment matters including employment discrimination, minimum wage/overtime, employment contracts, WARN Act, FCRA, and whistleblower claims. She has represented employers in both class action and jury trials. In addition, she provides interactive training on such topics as preventing harassment and discrimination and complying with wage and hour laws, and also represents employers before the NLRB, PERC, and in bargaining.
