Janet Goldberg McEnery

Janet Goldberg McEnery represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including defending claims of employment discrimination, minimum wage/overtime, employment contracts, WARN Act, FCRA, and whistleblower claims. She has represented employers in both class actions and jury trials. In addition, she provides interactive training on promoting diversity and inclusion, preventing harassment and discrimination, and complying with wage and hour laws. She represents employers before the NLRB and in bargaining.

Janet Goldberg McEnery is a Shareholder of the Firm in Tampa, Florida. She is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law and licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Florida. Janet is a Former Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board. She served as an Adjunct Professor of Employment Law at the University of South Florida.
