Jana's expertise covers the development and implementation of compliance programs, including compliance documentation such as codes of conduct and internal policies, as well as regulatory legal statements. She frequently manages compliance monitoring projects for global pharmaceutical companies and provides advice on embedding ethics, transparency, and data protection into corporate governance structures; this includes also internal investigations, monitorings and complex follow-up in all related legal areas.
