Eliška specializes in providing legal advisory to clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, focusing on compliance, marketing, regulatory and commercial agreements. Eliška’s expertise includes reviewing promotional and non-promotional activities to align with legal requirements and industry-specific codes such as EFPIA, MedTech and Medicines for Europe.

Eliška further provides advisory related to distribution and supports clients with patient-oriented activities, including patient support programs and early access programs.

Additionally, Eliška advises on public procurement procedures. She provides strategic legal support regarding clinical trials, assisting clients in navigating the regulatory and compliance requirements. Eliška also closely follows legal developments related to AI, helping clients implement innovative AI solutions.

Eliška also participates in lecturing activities, regularly delivering seminars on compliance, advertising, clinical trials, public procurement and emerging legal matters related to healthcare.

Career

For over three years, Eliška was seconded as a compliance officer in one of the largest biotech companies, where she led the compliance department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She also acted as ad interim compliance manager for Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was responsible, inter alia, for Compliance Academy for the EMEA region.Before joining Kastner&Pieš, Eliška worked in the largest Czech-Slovak law firm.
